Share your favourite posts with Google Reader

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Since then I've noticed a new feature of Google Reader which allow users to share starred items and labels, I've been thinking of how to make a meal of it for the benefit of Zero Topic. I've been finding ways to put links roll to my blog, some are related to me and some from myself. Now easy, sign in to Google Reader, subscribe to feeds, from which find whatever posts to be included, then label or star them and rearrange them in a certain order after that get a code, copy and paste it to template. Done! Now you can add your reading lists or whatever lists to your blog!

Comments!

Are you a comment lover? Can you keep track of all your comments on your blog? If comments are on your current post, of course it is easy to find. Then how about the new comment but on the old post in the Archive list, which is let's say about 3 months ago? Pretty difficult to know, huh? In fact, it's just a click on a feed away! You would probably know I'm going to recommend Haloscan commenting and trackback system. It's cool, man, you'd better check it.

But it's still have some point. How about comments on others blog? It is annoying to go every blogs you have visited, over and over again just to see whether somebody reply to your comment you had dropped on it. Even more just imagine you lost the URL of that blog, it's a pain in the a$$, you know. Haloscan is unable to help you this time. But don't worry we have an awsome service called coComment. What can it do for you? Let's check it out what they say first,
coComment is free, and will help you keep track of the comments and conversations you and others are making on blogs. coComment will address these issues by giving you an easy and seamless way to track and follow your online comments and conversations. Sign in, add a tiny bookmarklet to your browser, and put that smile back on your face!
Not just that, they also have firefox extension for tracking immediate respond on your comments and some cools code for your template as well. So just click on the link and see by yourself, I bet you will love it.

MyBlogLog

Site Meter or Stat Counter whatever you may have, they are fantastic at keeping track of visitors, but one function they don't offer you presently which MyBlogLog.com do is, tracking how many clicks your visitors hit the links you've provided on your blog. I've just finished copying and pasting their code to template and seeing result now. It works well so far, exactly doing it's job just I expected. The are offering 3-day compulsory free trial pro to feel it's full advantage. They said you will be switched to free version after three days. So I have no comment on how cool their free version is for the moment. But it's a worthwhile code to have a go.

Whatisthatfile.com - It's good to be Sure...

Today, I just find out another cool site. And this one is more straightforward than Process List, I posted yesterday. The different is that you just type whatever file, not just .exe file, you want to know in the search box. It will show you what that file is.

Process List

You may wonder as to how come some program like yahoo messenger starting up automatically as I used to confuse before, everytime you switch on a pc. They are called start up program and you can check them by right clicking task bar/ task manager/under process tab. There are a numbers of programs, technically calling .exe files, are functioning in your pc's background which and what exactly of their job is beyond your knowledge, some are obvious like a firefox.exe, your browser's executable file and some are a bit confusing like operating system files, without it your computer will not function properly. What is important is that there also harmful programs called virus and spyware are out there trying to attack you, unfortunately some of them may be there already without your invitation. Now you can check them to get an idea of what is what. Here is a long listing that you want to know. check it out.
